I just ran across this poor baby online. He looks like he hasn’t had the best life and is very bad shape. Please see picture (unable to attach a photo) and info which I’ve copied and pasted below. It looks like he is in WV shelter, if you can’t help please forward to someone who might be able to.

I know you all out there in Facebook land can work your magic and find Spunky a home!!! So please no negative comments and let’s find this precious boy his new forever home. Spunky is 10 yrs old hes neutered gets along with kids and some cats hes never been around dogs. Just look at this face?!! Come on guys let’s do this!! Spunky is at Ohio County Animal Shelter in Triadelphia WV. Let’s find him a home!!!! 304-547-1013
