Mr. Bojangles is a 12-year-old Pekinese that is fairly docile, pad trained and rarely barks. My in-laws’ health has taken a turn for the worst and they will be moving to an assisted living facility very soon. He weighs 12 lbs, most of it is hair, and just had a vet visit Monday, Oct. 21. The vet reported that he has no health issues other than the normal signs of aging, but nothing is severe. He doesn’t jump on furniture or need to sleep with anyone. He has been well taken care of, had pet insurance (but it won’t transfer to a different owner). He is current on EVERYTHING and and had a blood panel drawn Oct. 21 at Southside Pet Hospital in Olathe). I don’t have the results but I will pass on any information and his health records to give to a new owner.
