   Hi Hope, My neighbor said you may be able to help me place a 4yr old female(spayed) white toy poodle. She has a background of abuse and neglect I’ve had her for about 1 1/2 yrs now asking everyone I know including 3 poodle rescues, but no one interested. she is very sweet and soo timid. she just needs love so desperately. She does fine with other dogs but does like to chase cats.
